Shipping and Handling

US orders ship by e-packet, which is a US postal service product.  US orders usually take between 12 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Worldwide orders ship by EMS. International orders most often take between 20 and 30 days to arrive at their destination, but sometimes take up to 45 days depending on where you are in the World. Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, Worldwide orders can take in excess of 45 days to arrive. 

 We ship your orders from various international warehouses (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

* Shipping times do not include order processing time, which may take about 5 days for some items.

Customs,

Our packages are nearly always beneath local taxation thresholds, but on very rare occasions deliveries are held by customs for various reasons.

This is out of our control and there is nothing that we can do to help you.

If it takes too long for customs to release your delivery, and if they haven't contacted you, please give them a call.

 

Delayed Deliveries

Unfortunately, the complexities of international shipping sometimes mean that packages can either be stuck in one place for a long time or the tracking information cannot be updated electronically for a long time. 

This means that we cannot always get an accurate picture of where the package is, or how much longer it will take to get to its destination.  Tracking will sometimes show an item sitting in one place half a world away for two weeks and the next day it will mysteriously arrive.

If your delivery remains stalled for 14 days or more, please contact us.

 

FAQ

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot alter or cancel your order once it has been placed.

This is because we ship your product as soon as you place your order.

Therefore, please check your order carefully before purchasing.

 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your order for you.

If your order has not yet been sent to our shipping department, we may be able to cancel it for you.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Contact Us. We will fix this for you with either a refund or replacement.

 

My item is damaged. What should I do?

Take a photo and send it to us along with your order details. We will either send a replacement at no cost or refund your money.

 

My order doesn't fit. What should I do?

Email us to let us know. Then post your item back to us and we will replace it at no charge.

You will have to pay for postage, so please be sure to choose your size carefully before purchasing.

 

Not all of my order arrived. What's going on?

Don't be alarmed; we source your order from multiple suppliers and therefore sometimes large orders arrive in separate packages.
